Mattia Guarnera-MacCarthy (b. 1999, UK) is a contemporary painter based in London. His artistic practice revolves around an exploration of the human condition, fascinated by the complexities and nuances that permeate everyday life.

As if moments are suspended in time, Mattia’s intimate snapshots explore the nuances of masculinity, seamlessly moving between motion and quietude, confidence and vulnerability.
